The Presidential Affairs Committee deals with any issues and projects pertinent to the office of the President and meets once a month.

 

PROGRAMMING COMMITTEE

The Programming Committee is established to deal with any issue and projects pertinent to the office of the Vice President Programming. The committee is mandated to develop a yearly strategy including but not limited to event themes, and timing, promotion and location of events. The committee shall evaluate the success and financial outcome of each event. The Programming Committee is also responsible for monitoring the ratification status of all ASU Clubs, and of notifying Council of any recommended status changes.

 

 

ACADEMIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

FINANCIAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

The Financial Affairs Committee is established to deal with any issue pertinent to the office of the Vice President Finance.  The committee is responsible for proposing the yearly budget of the Union to the S.R.C.  The Committee meets once a month.

 

 

COMMUNICATIONS AND PROMOTIONS COMMITTEE

The Communication and Promotions Committee is established to deal with issues of communication with members and the promotion of Union activities and services, as well as issues and projects pertinent to the office of the Vice President Communications. The Committee shall present to the S.R.C. for ratification, a comprehensive communication and promotion strategy before the second Fall meeting of Council. The strategy should outline the goals and pursuits of the Committee, as well as individual roles on the committee. The Committee meets twice a month.

 

 

OFF-CAMPUS AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

The Off-Campus Affairs Committee shall be a resource for the Off-Campus Representative, providing him or her with information about off-campus housing, or issues facing off-campus students. The Off-Campus Affairs Committee will meet at the call of the Chair.
